The purpose of this assignment was to carry out Capacity building on Gender planning and mainstreaming  to 11 Local Government Authorities and 3 Regional Secretariats according to demand. This assignment was done in three phases: 

• Phase One: Establish performance target and indicators with the Beneficiary Institution on the areas of improvement prior to training. Key tasks were to: to identify performance gaps on Local Government Planning through Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and; set and agree with the beneficiary institutions on the performance improvement plan  
• Phase Two: Design, Develop standard training materials and implement training programme.
