Liberatore Augustine Nhemati (BD. Development Economics) works as a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Rural Development and Regional Planning of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. He is an Economist with 5+ years of experience as a researcher, trainer and consultant in the field of Economics as well as Accounting and Finance.

•    Modelling and evaluation of Economic trends
•   Wide knowledge of accounting software (including EPICOR 10 and 11).
•   Extensive skills in using Integrated Planning tools for Economic           Budgeting and Planning like Strategic Budget Allocating System (SBAS)    and LGMD.
•   Wide experience (since 2016) in data analysis and interpretation
•   Processing and statistical analysis of Economic data. Also, effective in writing and presenting non-experimental research results.
•   Experienced in the use and applications of statistical packages such as     Software for performing statistical analysis such as SPSS and STATA.
