Noela Cornel Raphael (Bachelor Degree) works as a Tutorial Assistant in  Population Studies Department of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. She is a Community Development expert with one year of experience as a, trainer and consultant in the field of Community Development in various fields, not limited to Management of Community Development Programmes and Gender.

My main research and academic interests are on Gender and Children issues, Community Development, Community Development Projects, and entrepreneurship.
