Saumu Mkomwa (PhD) works as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Finance and Management Studies of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. She is a Bilingual and Teacher with 19+ years of experience as a teacher, researcher, trainer and consultant in the field of Languages, especially Kiswahili Literature.
