Work Experience

Mr. Amani Mkelenga is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Population Studies at the Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP). He lectures on Statistics, Data Processing, Analysis, and Presentation (SPSS & STATA), Mathematics, Quantitative Methods, Data Collection Techniques, Sampling and Sample Size Calculation, Socio-Economic Profiles, and Research.

In 2016, Mr. Amani Mkelenga collaborated with the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) to prepare the Socio–Economic profiles for the Ruvuma region, Songea Municipal Council, Songea District Council, Madaba District Council, Mbinga Town Council, Mbinga District Council, Nyasa District Council, and Namtumbo District Council.
