Emmanuel Amon Kikwale works in the Department of Population Studies of the Institute of Rural Development Planning as an assistant lecturer. He is a community development expert with over 10 years of experience in governmental organizations. He has a solid background in Sociology and Community Development, with specific skills in planning and management of community development projects.
