Mr. Erick Eponda works as a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Population Studies of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. He is a Community Development expert with 3+ years of experience as a trainer in the field of Community Leadership skills, Community Development skills, Community Development Capacity Development skills, and Community Mobilisation and Engagement skills. He is currently undertaking a Master's Degree in Community Development at the Institute of Rural Development Planning.
The main research and academic interests are on community development issues, Project planning and management, monitoring and evaluation, livelihood, water and sanitation.
