Work Experience

Caroline Mbelle works as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Finance and Management Studies (DFMS) of the Institute of Rural Development Planning. She is a Legal Personnel with 4 years of experience as a researcher, trainer and consultant in the legal field. Ms. Caroline has previously worked with Stella Maris Mtwara University College (STEMMUCO) in the unit of Law as an Assistant Lecturer (2021) and Jordan University College (JUCO) in the Law Department as an Assistant Lecturer in Law (2022/2023).

  • Legal drafting skills i.e. drafting legal documents including legal letters.
  • Wide skills and knowledge in data analysis by using themes/content and statistical software such as SPSS, Statistical, and R-statistical
  •  Wide knowledge of dispute resolution and conflict management.

Research and academic Interests

My main research and academic interests are in social science research, specifically the legal aspects of Human rights, Constitutional principles, administration, investments, taxation, contracts, arbitrations, intellectual property, and innovation and entrepreneurship for wealth creation.
