Gasper Kabendela works as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Planning of the Institute of Rural Development. He has 10+ years of experience of working as a Town planner in Iringa Municipal Council, Kongwa District Council and Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlement Development.
